Kith offers returns and exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited-edition releases and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Shipping Label

Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original packaging, attach the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Processing and Refund

After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
